PAST RETREATS
[RETREATS]
a creative expression immersion | Oct 18-21, 2018
AWAKEN
(3-night, 4-day) | Dancing Spirit Ranch, Northwest Montana
This retreat was about creative practice as a vehicle to awaken the self. When we become aware in the moment, we can look around us and consciously decide what to do with the resources available to us. We can make art: both literally, and perhaps more importantly, figuratively… after all, problem solving, empathy, conversation, leadership, our side hustles… it’s ALL art.

Disconnect to Reconnect | Feb28 - Mar4, 2018
BAJA, MEXICO
(4-night, 5-day)
Soulcraft + saltwater + exploring the moments in between, where the mountains meet the ocean on a remote and pristine section of Baja's East Cape.
Vitality | Nov 17 - 19, 2017
1440 MULTIVERSITY
(3-night, 4-day)
Yoga + Soulcraft + a little bit of wine in the heart of California's redwoods, as a vitality recharge. To reconnect with our vitality, this retreat dove deep into the study “presence”: not just the present moment, but our actual presence - the way we show up in the world that develops out of a sense of who we are and what makes us tick.
TESTIMONIALS
Reflections on Hello Soul + our founder, Sara.
"In the midst of our day-to-day lives, rarely do we have the opportunity or the wherewithal to truly pause and listen--listen to our bodies, our hearts, and our deepest reflections. Hello-Soul was that opportunity for me. Sara's retreat was the exact right balance and blend of movement through yoga, guided meditation, connection with others, connection with myself through dedicated down time, and the hard science behind our bodies and behavior."

"During day two of Hello Soul we were in the middle of one of many beautifully spacious yoga classes which were expertly paced, soulfully curated to meet every student where they are - both on & off mat - when it hit me: the beauty in slowing down is that it allows space to feel into and through discomfort; space to turn suffering into agency to manifest more of what you desire by listening to your heart & body. What Sara created was tempo and space for me to settle in and feel safe with the discomfort, acknowledge the static, settle in to the quiet, and start to listen to my inner voice."
- Jess Larson, Director of Outreach and Education at Namchak Foundation
Sara's yoga classes are upbeat, challenging + engaging. She has a fresh approach to sequencing that keeps you anticipating where you’ll end up, all the while making it feel like you’re exactly where you are meant to be. As I transitioned into teaching, she has been a mentor. I highly recommend her work, and cannot wait to attend a Hello Soul retreat!
