HELLO SOUL'S CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both Hello Soul and all retreat attendees (prospective and current). It applies to all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions.

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant
If a participant decides to cancel more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, any payments made to Hello Soul will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit and any associated processing fees. Cancellations made 90 days or less, but more than 30 days prior (or 60 days prior for the Montana retreat at Dancing Spirit Ranch), to the retreat start date can be applied to a future Hello Soul retreat. Cancellations made within 30 days (or 60 days for the Montana retreat at Dancing Spirit Ranch) of the Hello Soul retreat start date are forfeited. This dates are in alignment with the contracts that Hello Soul keeps with each retreat venue.

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Hello Soul
In the extreme event that Hello Soul cancels a retreat, participants are given the option to use their payments to date as credit toward a future retreat, or be given a refund in full. Hello Soul is not responsible for additional costs accrued - for instance, airfare - and it is highly recommended that retreat participants purchase travel insurance.

DELAYS + OTHER UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the participant to schedule travel and plan accordingly to arrive on time. In the case of arriving late, leaving early, travel delays or cancellations of any kind, or illness, there are no refunds or discounts.
