While we are can no longer host Hello Soul's inaugural retreat at Mayacamas due to the devastating fires in Sonoma, we've landed at the fabulous 1440 Multiversity, a world-class facility beautifully nestled in the California redwoods near Santa Cruz, an easy drive from San Francisco and San Jose international airports.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Passion-oriented and curious women who love to get sh*t done, but have misplaced the "Pause! Where am I?!" button. It's a chance to reconnect with your vitality and purpose: whether that's being a change agent, a visionary, or a badass mamasita. This retreat is limited to 20 attendees. Participants should have a regular, intermediate-level yoga practice.
CONTENT
Think yoga + wine + soulcraft sessions designed to reignite your vitality. Hello Soul retreats are a curated blend of both content and whitespace: time to engage and to disconnect, with the intent of giving you space to do you. You'll enjoy daily yoga classes and soulcraft immersions, plus time to soak in the hot tub, hike the redwood groves, wine taste and recharge.

VITALITY
As women on a mission, it’s easy to pass the day in a sea of to-do’s. But when we're going through the motions, we can lose the purposefulness, the excitement, the goosebumps… those pieces of us that drove us in the first place. Our power. Our vitality. Ourselves.
To reconnect with our vitality, we are devoting this retreat to the study “presence”: not just the present moment, but your actual presence - the way you show up in the world that develops out of a sense of who you are and what makes you tick. This is an invitation to put your autoresponder on, turn off your phone, and look up. It’s a “see ya, wouldn’t wanna be ya” memo to the perceived barriers that are holding you back from being fully you.
Because maybe it's been a little too long since you last felt that moment of, “Oh right… There I am.”
That moment. That’s what this is about. Your retreat sessions will focus on:
The Yoga of Presence | finding center, moving through barriers, and exploring expansion.
The Soulcraft of Presence | curated group sessions + coaching to dive deep into specific topics.
The Space of Presence | dedicated whitespace to play, be curious, and do your own thing. Some space is assisted (think a painting class, or wine tastings) and others is totally on your own.
You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and alive, with a new clarity on your personal power.
